Duane W. Fugleberg Jr.

I grew up in the greater Seattle area in the little town of Edmonds Washington.  After high school, I went to the University of Montana to play football and wrestle, where I pursued a degree in business management.  After college I was hired by Lyons and Associates, an insurance and financial planning firm in Salt Lake City Utah, where I quickly worked my way into full partnership.  After leaving Lyons and Associates in 1989, I was hired as a VP and Manager by Seafirst Bank, who was acquired by Bank of America, and I was asked to manage their Idaho Falls Office. Within a few of months, I was asked by Senior Management to do regional training for BofA, and to serve on the bank’s Incentive and Strategic Budget Committee’s.

In 1994, I left Bank of America to pursue my passion as Administrative Vice President for American Family Institute, a non-profit company in Idaho Falls dedicated to “Rebuilding America through Strengthening the Family”.  At AFI I developed job descriptions, organized each of their departments, hired the management team, and trained all personnel.  I was also responsible for AFI’s marketing materials and the production of radio adds for their National Radio Show - “Probing America”.

After several dedicated years at AFI, I left to found American Marketing & Financial Group where I added commercial, residential and agricultural lending to my former skill sets of financial consultant and insurance agent. However, I am still committed to building and strengthening the family in America!

In 2004 I co-founded M3Wealth, a nontraditional financial services company focused on providing both expert financial advice and premier financial tools, in an effort to promote “A Better Way To Live”. At M3 Wealth we focus on: “Mapping a course to Financial Self-reliance, Measuring the impact of daily financial decisions, and Mentoring proven financial principles.” Our goal is to help individuals and families get out of debt, stay out of debt, and to efficiently transfer, utilize, and ultimately to retain their wealth.

I am happily married with six beautiful children.  I enjoy fly-fishing, bow hunting, hiking, photography, whitewater rafting, and coaching football, baseball, basketball, and many other sporting and outdoor activities.
